Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The interior design was stunning and modern, creating a festive atmosphere. The room was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like turn down service and Temple Spa goodies. The staff were friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel's location near a major station and a beautiful park made it convenient and picturesque.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. This made filling the bath a time-consuming task.

Unbelievable travel experience from the moment we walked in the doors. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating, providing excellent housekeeping and room service. Fresh water bottles and coffee were a nice touch. The concierge service was spot on with great recommendations. The staff even made our daughter's birthday special with flowers and cake.

We decided to spend our Easter holidays in a hotel and we found one that looked pretty good. It was a little difficult to find, but once we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered us a complimentary drink and snacks upon arrival and also provided us with a complementary breakfast in our room every morning. The hotel was located near popular attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere.

The room was a bit small and not as clean as we had expected. There were some stains on the carpet and the sheets didn't seem freshly laundered.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with many tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. It is also conveniently close to the Bondfield residence. The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail, especially the bathrooms which exude luxury. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent facilities such as a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a helpful concierge service.

The air conditioning in some rooms may be malfunctioning and noisy, and there have been occasional issues with missing buttons and small holes in the bathroom.
