The rooms are comfortable with great pressure in the shower, while the service is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner options are excellent, with imaginative additions to the menu like beef brisket and spiced roasted plums. During my stay at Strathardle Lodge, I was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my son and I had a great experience. The owner even upgraded us to a quieter family room without any extra cost. The breakfast was delicious, especially the porridge which was the best I've ever had. The evening meals were also outstanding, including a surprisingly excellent Madras curry. The beer at the bar was in excellent condition and there was a great selection of real ales. The owner even helped me change a tire when I had a puncture, which was a huge relief. The overall attention to detail and customer service at Strathardle Lodge was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

The value for money was exceptional and our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to beautiful walks and the Glenshee ski area. The staff treated us like family from the moment we walked in, making us and our dog feel welcome throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights, a wider variety of vegetarian options would have made the breakfast even better.
