the room was lovely, and the bathroom was fabulous. the staff was exceptionally helpful and professional, making us feel at home. the food in the restaurant and the pub was delicious, and the breakfast was generous. the rustic charm of the interior and the alpine hills setting added to the experience. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The restaurant and pub on-site were amazing, serving delicious food that was the best we had on our trip. The breakfast in the main restaurant was absolutely lush, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here.

The Gwaelod Inn was an amazing experience - from the cozy atmosphere and wonderful customer care to the standout rainbow trout in bacon and delicious dessert selection. The management's hands-on approach with the dedicated staff truly made the stay unforgettable. Minor dust issue addressed, just a personal preference for coffee brand. Limited parking, but overall, a great, spacious room with a comfy bed, delicious meals, and friendly staff. Heating issue in one room and fiddly locks mentioned, more drawers would be helpful. Fresh milk for tea was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at Gwaelod Inn! The rooms were spacious and cosy with immaculate bedding. The views from our window were stunning and the area was very quiet. Maggie cooked us a delicious breakfast that was made to order. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We loved the home cooked food and the rainbow trout in bacon was a standout dish. It was clear that the management worked side by side with the staff, creating a great atmosphere and experience. Highly recommend!

The stairs in the building were quite steep, which could be a challenge for some guests. It would have been preferable to have heating in the room, as it felt a bit chilly.

Brilliant fresh cooked brekkies with lovely service and local produce. Friendly and hospitable staff, great choice of real ales. Nice quiet room, benefits of being by the pub without any noise. A gem!

Sadly, the check-in process can feel impersonal, as guests are given a code to access their key from a wall safe instead of receiving a warm welcome at the front desk.
