I recently stayed at the Guest House in Lingwood for a short trip with friends. The check-in process was easy and the location was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the shower was great. The hotel had good parking facilities and the staff were easily accessible through a contact telephone number. What I really liked was the flexibility of the check-in, which was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding nearby and didn't have to rely on staff to let us into our room. The location was convenient, with easy access to the A47 and a train station within walking distance. There were also shops and a pub nearby. Another plus was the affordable price, especially since I went out of season. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to self-cater or explore the nearby villages and towns.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We appreciated the small fridge and kettle in the room, as well as the complimentary toiletries. The ample on-site parking and access to a hot tub were added bonuses. The shared kitchen and dining room were well-equipped with modern amenities. the guest house was well-maintained, peaceful, and dog-friendly. Owen, the manager, was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

Very spacious 2-bedroom house with high-quality furnishings, including blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful over the phone and efficient in retrieving forgotten items. a clean and well-presented accommodation, perfect for a family stay.

Convenient location, easy to find in the dark. Quiet and peaceful setting. The room was a good size and had a fridge, which was a bonus.

Lack of soundproofing in the room made it difficult to sleep due to constant noise from the TV in the neighboring room. Dog barking late at night was also a disturbance.

The room had plenty of natural light and there were information sheets detailing local eateries.
