I recently stayed at the Guest House in Lingwood for a short trip with friends. The check-in process was easy and the location was lovely. The rooms were spacious and the shower was great. The hotel had good parking facilities and the staff were easily accessible through a contact telephone number. What I really liked was the flexibility of the check-in, which was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding nearby and didn't have to rely on staff to let us into our room. The location was convenient, with easy access to the A47 and a train station within walking distance. There were also shops and a pub nearby. Another plus was the affordable price, especially since I went out of season. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to self-cater or explore the nearby villages and towns.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house just off the A47. the location was convenient, with easy access to Norwich and the beautiful east coast beaches. the facilities were excellent, and the property itself was modern and spotlessly clean. Our twin room with an en-suite shower and toilet was very comfortable. We appreciated the small fridge and kettle in the room, as well as the complimentary toiletries. the ample on-site parking and access to a hot tub were added bonuses. the shared kitchen and dining room were well-equipped with modern amenities. the guest house was well-maintained, peaceful, and dog-friendly. Owen, the manager, was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

Very spacious 2-bedroom house with high-quality furnishings, including blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful over the phone and efficient in retrieving forgotten items. a clean and well-presented accommodation, perfect for a family stay.

Convenient location, easy to find in the dark. Quiet and peaceful setting. the room was a good size and had a fridge, which was a bonus.

Lack of soundproofing in the room made it difficult to sleep due to constant noise from the TV in the neighboring room. Dog barking late at night was also a disturbance.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a Jacuzzi and a table tennis table on the lawns. The reception area doubling as a community kitchen and dining area was a great idea. The self-catering property had a proper kitchen and even a small fridge in the room. The addition of a hot tub was a real bonus, and the beds were comfortable. The room had plenty of natural light and there were information sheets detailing local eateries.

We got great value for our money with a spacious, well-equipped room that had all the necessary amenities like a fridge, kettle, and TV. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and green area, yet just a short drive away from the seaside and Norwich. The staff was minimal but we had no issues as our room number and keys were conveniently provided, and we had a contact number for any queries.
