had a great stay in shanklin, but havelock made it even better. the room was clean and comfy with a beautiful view. loved the breakfast and the small heated pool. the owners were lovely and made it feel like home.

toilet paper could be better quality

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a lovely pool. They provided useful advice about the area and booked tables for us in local restaurants. The room was recently renovated and clean. We had our own access to the pool and a small patio to relax on. The hotel also provided free pool towels and plenty of loungers.

We felt completely happy during our stay, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

The location was fabulous, hosts were great, plentiful and good quality food, hiccups sorted quickly, great location near seafront, old village.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and with lovely views. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options. the hotel had a pool, although we didn't get a chance to use it.

The parking situation was quite difficult as there were limited spaces available, which meant double parking or parking on the street were the only options.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station, making it easy to get to. It is also very close to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and sea in no time. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options.

The room temperature can be a bit uncomfortable, despite the provided fan.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Shanklin Old Village and the beach. The bar and lounge area offer a great selection of drinks. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having balconies with sea views. The breakfast is delicious, with locally sourced products and a good variety of choices. The staff are friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant stay.

The TV signal may occasionally be poor, but it's a minor issue considering the overall positive experience at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant three-night stay at The Havelock. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room and en suite were clean and comfortable, with ample wardrobe space. The warm swimming pool was an added bonus, and the breakfasts were excellent. I only wish I had stayed longer to try more of their delicious breakfast options. a delightful experience.
