We had a fantastic family stay in a beautiful hotel by the lake, with breathtaking views. The room was spotless, with fluffy towels and delicious homemade cookies as a special touch. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond, even leaving handmade truffles and postcards in our room. We were treated to drinks in the lounge each evening and received free tokens for a sister restaurant. The location was perfect, close to the town centre and surrounded by tranquility. Breakfast at a nearby venue was worth the short walk, with amazing food and attentive staff.

The hotel didn't have a lift, which would have been convenient for families with small kids.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the town centre and within walking distance to the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a separate dry room for storing and drying our running shoes after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was faultless, with a delicious home-cooked granola that kept us fueled for our hikes. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the town centre, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The breakfast served at the hotel is incredible, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, making sure that every need is met. The room itself is warm and welcoming, with luxurious extras like shortbreads, coffees, teas, and handmade truffles.

Location was excellent, just a short walk to the town centre and Derwentwater Piers. The decor of the property was exceptional and our room had a nice view of Skiddaw. The breakfasts were delicious and the bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink outside in the sunshine. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean with everything I needed. The hotel even left me a handwritten note and delicious chocolate chip cookies! The breakfast served was absolutely amazing. The location was great, close to the center of Keswick and the lake.
