The owners have put so much care and attention into remodeling this 200-year-old forge, and it truly shows. the wood floors and cozy carpet in the bedroom created a warm and inviting atmosphere. the furniture was tastefully chosen, creating an eclectic vibe. the small kitchen and lovely shower room had everything a couple would need. I especially enjoyed the use of the pretty garden. the location was also convenient for exploring Bristol and the surrounding areas.

We had a delightful stay at The Hideaway - A Charming, Unique Retreat In Long Ashton, Bristol. The owners have done a remarkable job renovating this historical forge into a cozy haven. The wood floors and comfortable furniture created a charming atmosphere. The garden was lovely, and we enjoyed spending time there. The location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding areas.

Although the kitchen was small, we managed to make do with the two hob rings and the provided toaster and kettle. Additionally, the lack of an oven and refrigerator was a minor inconvenience.

the villa was spotlessly clean and had a charming character with its use of reclaimed and sustainable items. the small Christmas tree and decorations added a festive touch to our pre-Christmas getaway. We were pleasantly surprised to find board games in the apartment and enjoyed playing them. Our hosts even provided us with a refreshing gin in a tin as a welcome gift. Every little detail was thought of, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hideaway - A Charming, Unique Retreat in Long Ashton. The villa was beautifully built and furnished with great attention to detail. It truly felt like a special and one-of-a-kind place. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful touches, like finding G&T and snacks in the fridge upon arrival. Even though the balloon fiesta was canceled, it hardly mattered as we didn't want to leave the tranquility of this little paradise.
