We had an excellent stay at Pulse Inn. The location near the railway station was very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, providing a true sample of excellent hospitality. The friendly receptionist gave us tips about the city and nearby amenities. The rooftop restaurant was a pleasant place to dine and relax. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and hospitality.

One minor drawback was the noise of chairs being dragged around above our room, which was slightly disturbing. However, we believe things will improve when the lift is installed.

On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located very close to the railway station, making it a convenient option for travelers arriving by train. Additionally, the front desk is open all night, allowing for hassle-free late check-ins.

The room we booked was not ready upon our arrival, and to make matters worse, we were given a non-air conditioned room instead of the AC room we had originally reserved. It was quite frustrating, especially since we had to switch rooms late at night due to their carelessness.

Excellent location, clean & comfortable, friendly receptionist, helpful manager, spacious room.
