Easy to find location with small car park and large public car park nearby. 5-minute walk to cathedral. Comfortable pub with homely touches, partitions for safety. Snack was delicious, wish we could've had a full meal. Rooms clean with plenty of tea/coffee and big bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast was amazing, though a little large. No breakfast menu but cooked to perfection by friendly chef. Dinner menu and service excellent. Will definitely return if in the area again.

The hotel facilities were great, with a leisure centre just across the road. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome. The restaurant served ordinary pub food, which was perfectly fine. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to access all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. There is even a leisure center right across the road, providing plenty of entertainment options for the family. The rooms are comfortable and the bed is said to be really cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel lacks a reception area, which can be inconvenient for guests.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is very close to all the attractions in the city. You can easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. The restaurant in the hotel served ordinary pub food, but it was perfectly fine and the service was good. The room was warm and the shower was excellent. the hotel offered free parking spaces, which is a great advantage.

The walls in the room seemed to be quite thin, as we could hear the TV and the guests next door talking clearly.

I recently stayed at The High Flyer for a weekend getaway. The room was spotless and stocked with plenty of tea and coffee. The complimentary big bottle of water upon arrival was a lifesaver in the scorching heat. The location was ideal, with the town center just a short walk away. The assistant manager was incredibly polite and took the time to listen to all of our concerns. The breakfast on the first day was delightful, complementing the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a surprisingly quiet and well-located accommodation. the warm welcome at the High Flyer made us feel instantly comfortable. Our room was lovely and warm, with plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. Everything we needed was provided, and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the evening. the highlight was the varied and excellent menu - the cooking was truly impressive. the newly decorated restaurant was cosy and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous breakfast time allowance, allowing us to explore the area before finding a great cafe.

The hotel's location was superb, being just a stone's throw away from the city centre. We were able to easily explore the shops and restaurants in town. the hotel was conveniently situated near Ely Cathedral, where we attended a concert.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the lovely room at this hotel. the location was excellent, with easy access to the historic center within walking distance.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. there were some maintenance issues in my room, such as a poorly fitting door and a window that didn't close properly.

had an amazing stay at a cozy pub in Ely, with excellent food, comfy rooms, and friendly staff. High Flyer exceeded all expectations and made our party memorable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quiet of my room at the High Flyer. the bed was so comfortable that I had a wonderful night's sleep and barely remember waking up. the room had everything I needed, including a wide selection of toiletries, a great tea set, and a high-quality TV. the staff were also lovely and accommodating. I would definitely choose the High Flyer again if I ever needed to stay in the area. It's a perfect combination of comfort, amenities, and value.
