Very close to boarding point, outstanding couple running property, arranged vegetarian food, took us around in car, luxurious and comfortable bedroom, spotless shower room.

The hotel had an amazing view of the bay, and the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff's excellent customer service made our stay even better. They were very helpful and always went the extra mile for us. the location was also great as it was close to the main tourist attractions and had a beautiful surrounding area.

The hotel's kitchen was not open throughout the day, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but there were many restaurants in walking distance. the only downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the city centre and it took us around 10 minutes to get a taxi.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received at Golden Palm Halong. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even upgraded my room. The modern and stylish decor added to the luxurious atmosphere. The nearby beach was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The owner and the young lady working there were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

While the location was peaceful, it was a bit far from the main city center, making it a bit difficult to find transportation. Additionally, there were limited dining options in the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the marina and a man-made beach, providing easy access to water activities. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom is spotless and offers a powerful hot shower. The staff provide excellent service and are always ready to assist. Breakfast options are decent, and the hotel offers a good selection of facilities such as a balcony with harbor views.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the marina in Ha Long. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to arrange transportation and provide excellent service. The rooms were spacious and clean, with an amazing sea view. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including local specialties, which added to the overall experience.

Everything was up to par and I had a satisfactory experience.
