Home Arms Guesthouse was a hidden gem! the location was excellent, right opposite the seafront, with a lovely view from our comfortable room. the guesthouse itself was extremely clean and secure, with a key fob system for easy access. We were warmly welcomed by Jade, who made us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, cereal, and a well-cooked hot breakfast. a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

The bed was king-size and comfortable, with crisp clean bed linen. The shower had good water pressure, and there was always hot water when we needed it. The room had ample storage space and a well-stocked tray with coffee and biscuits. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, and the breakfast set us up for the day ahead.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for my family of four. It was exceptionally clean and I appreciated the daily supply of water bottles, tea/coffee, and biscuits. The hotel's location right next to the beach was ideal for a day of sun and sand. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and provided us with helpful local information. The breakfast room had a cozy, family-like atmosphere and the food was delicious. I also loved that they accommodated my dietary needs by offering gluten-free cereal and soy milk. Additionally, the free parking area opposite the hotel made it convenient for us to park our car.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of town. The location was perfect, right on the sea front with a lovely view over the harbour bay. The rooms had modern decor and were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, especially the cooked egg!

Our recent stay at the beautiful guest house in Eyemouth exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, offering a great view of the picturesque harbor and being in the middle of town and in front of the beach. Parking was easy, using the nearby Co-op car park. The room we booked, a family room, was spacious, light, and airy, with modern fittings and all the amenities we needed including tea and coffee.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. the Wi-Fi was free and fast, which made it easy to work from my laptop. the location was great as it was near public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I had an issue with the room's temperature control, and the staff refused to help me address the problem.
