What a gem of a place to stay - the staff are just the best, so friendly and helpful, and the room was massive, super clean and comfy, had everything I needed from a microwave to a large TV. Even though my room was on the ground floor, I missed a bit more detailed instructions about the microwave and had to deal with a slightly warm room, but all in all, definitely a spot I'd revisit. Can't wait to be back! 🌟.

Customer service is top-notch and the location is as sweet as a Worcester pudding.

Being near Birmingham Airport made me feel like a jet-setter! the Royal Shakespeare Theatre being 41 km away made me want to reenact Shakespearean scenes in my room.

It was pleasantly quiet, yet close to amenities. the self-contained room had a fridge and kitchen area, making for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful wood garden and sun terrace. Being near landmarks like the Commandery and Greyfriars' House made for enriching family outings. Would return on my next visit to Worcester.
