Attitude of staff was professional and friendly. the room was clean and tidy with modern decor. the location was great, close to where we wanted to be.

The kitchen being closed for dinner was a letdown, as we were not informed beforehand. Some noise from the street below, although it was generally quiet during sleeping hours.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, hot shower, helpful staff, great breakfast.

We stayed at a lovely inn right in the center of town. The location was perfect, as we were attending an event in Otley. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The delicious breakfast provided a great start to our day. The high standard of fittings and decor in the room added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved with the bin left unemptied and the windowsill dirty.

The hotel is located in the heart of a gorgeous Yorkshire market town, close to a lovely scenic park. The rooms are well-appointed with clean linen and towels, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was welcoming and enjoyable.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in a gorgeous Yorkshire market town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, as it was near the centre of the town and within walking distance of cafes, shops, and other amenities. Additionally, the hotel had a wide selection of drinks on tap, adding to the overall enjoyment of our time there.

The rooms were beautifully refitted and extremely clean, making for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the limited parking spaces were available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Friday night meal wasn't great, but the breakfasts were better. the noise from a couple of rowdy guests on Saturday night was disruptive and went on until 3 am, which was unacceptable.

We spent New Year at this cozy small inn. We liked the comfortable and clean room that made us feel safe as two lone travelers. the provision of toiletries and drink-making facilities was excellent. the breakfast included was truly delicious and we appreciated having the option to pre-order the night before. the location was perfect, situated in the center of a charming small town with many dining options nearby.

We also experienced some external noise as our room was close to the street. However, despite these minor issues, we would still consider staying here again.
