I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of Chester. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to make me feel at home. The hotel facilities were elegant and well finished, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of town. The complimentary breakfast and thoughtful touches like sweets and additional toiletries made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area and a beautifully designed bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The attention to detail, such as the unique flamingo decor, added a fun and vibrant touch to the room. it was a fantastic experience and my new favorite place to stay in this city.

Stayed at a well-located hotel for the weekend with amazing staff and stunning interior. the mini-bar was well-stocked and the bed very comfortable. the rooms are soundproofed and there was complimentary cereal, tea, and coffee.

The pricing of the mini-bar was slightly high, with the opaque glass doors in the en-suite shower room and toilet reducing privacy. the air con vent and its loud noise spoiled the peaceful environment.

Immaculate room and friendly staff. the room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our city break. the staff were professional and charming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the central location was perfect, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Plus, the multi-storey parking next door for a reasonable price was a huge convenience.

The lack of signage made it difficult to find the hotel, but friendly locals helped us. there were no lifts, so it's best to request a ground floor room if needed.

We recently stayed at a charming aparthotel for our Christmas getaway. the location was superb, with a parking facility conveniently located nearby. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Oliver who was incredibly attentive throughout. the attention to detail in the hotel was exceptional, and we were impressed by the level of comfort and luxury provided. the staff provided us with helpful restaurant recommendations.

As our room was situated on the top floor, it did tend to get warm. However, the hotel had provided a fan which helped alleviate the issue.

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the lovely and helpful staff. They even upgraded my room for free because the hotel was not fully booked. the attention to detail, such as the beautiful secret garden, did not go unnoticed. the suite I stayed in was absolutely perfect, and I opted to enjoy it instead of going out for the night. the check-out process was just as pleasant, with a little treat to make it extra special. I can't wait for my next stay at this hotel!

The hotel is also conveniently situated opposite the river, providing guests with beautiful views. Additionally, its location close to the town centre allows visitors to easily explore and enjoy everything that the city has to offer. The rooms are elegantly decorated and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

Despite the overall positive experience, some guests have mentioned that the bathrooms in certain rooms are quite small and cramped, lacking sufficient space for personal belongings.
