Spent Christmas in a hotel with excellent amenities and service! the spacious and uniquely designed rooms made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation despite being far from our interests. the location was still convenient to reach the shops and main street easily. the breakfast selection was delicious, especially the pastries and the croissants. the pool had great ambiance – perfect for a relaxing evening hangout. they provided bath salts which were great after a long day of exploring.

The service fee and pool access fee were annoying extra expenses that were added on to our bill. the room service drinks were also pricey.

Impeccable service, stylish design, and a prime location for shopping and dining. The room had a fantastic view of the skyline with its own bar. The breakfast was amazing, especially the pistachio croissant. The teppanyaki restaurant was outstanding, with the manager going above and beyond for solo travelers. Although there were a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous, modern and fun hotel! Massive room with fun lighting. Staff incredibly kind and accommodating. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Comfortable bed and great views. Chic design and aesthetic. Outstanding teppanyaki restaurant. Exceptional breakfast with great selection. Cool pool and room with bar.
