I loved the giant head shower, perfect for unwinding after busy days. Staff were happy to help with bags before check-in, and the breakfast bag offer was a nice touch for my early starts.

I appreciated the unique quirky decor and enjoyed the excellent shower in my room. The grab-and-go breakfast had limited options, but the staff's friendliness made up for it, and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring London.

Lovely clean room, and the bathroom had the best waterfall shower! The staff were friendly and didn’t bat an eye when I arrived far too early.

Just a heads up—no lift, so get ready for a mini workout with your suitcase! Also, a shelf in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, otherwise my toiletries had a floor party.

The staff was really nice allowed us to check in early which was a lifesaver! squeezed into our tiny room with barely enough space to breathe but it was new and clean with a decent shower, definitely got my attention.

Very close to King's Cross station, wonderfully accommodating staff who promptly changed my room due to an issue! Quiet enough for a decent night's sleep despite the surroundings.

i was almost impressed by the evening staff but they managed to be utterly unfriendly. what a pleasant surprise to find 2 lights out in my room, can you believe it? with the noise from the hotel machinery, i expected a complimentary upgrade, or at least something to make up for my sleepless night, but apparently, i’m not special enough for that.

Clean and modern rooms, comfortable bed, great location just a short walk to tube. Loved the easy room access with swipe cards.

Our stay with my teenage daughter was fantastic! The quad room was surprisingly roomy for a family of four. We loved that the hotel was just a quick 5-minute walk from St Pancras. Enjoyed sitting in the cozy bar area with friendly staff.

My kids wished for a lift for the luggage.

It was just a reliable pick for a brief visit in London with good value. The breakfast was pretty basic, but I enjoyed the vintage jam they served. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as there’s some noise from the nearby street.
