Housekeeping missed cleaning, but staff were friendly.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had dust on the bathroom vanity, which made me question the level of cleanliness for the price we paid. I was also disappointed to find that the hot tub was out of order for our second night, which was a letdown after a long day. Furthermore, the lift for those needing assistance was not functioning, which felt quite exclusionary during our visit.

The indoor pool area was well-maintained, providing a nice spot for relaxation after a long day of travel.

The lift for guests needing assistance was out of order during my stay, and there was no indication of when it would be repaired, leaving those in need without a clear solution.

During my visit to see my daughter in college, I appreciated the clean and spacious room we had. The breakfast bar was well stocked, which made for a pleasant start to our day. It was also nice to have a pub available, even though we didn’t use it. However, the air freshener in the room was a bit overpowering, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Had such a lekker stay! The brekkie was solid, just your usual toast and cereal, but the coffee was proper. The staff were all about making you feel at home, especially that chommie at reception who had a big smile and gave us a BOGO coupon for the pub downstairs – how’s that for a dop?

Only wish the pub had more seating, it was quite tight when we went down for a quiet drink.

the pool was really well kept and had a lift for accessibility. had some trouble with the hot tub jets.

It’s minutes from the Mississippi River where we did a scenic tour with the Winona Tour Boat Company. Don’t miss out on The Bridges Golf Course for a fun time outdoors. The breakfast options were decent, perfect for fueling up before adventures.

The only downside was that housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, which was a bit of a letdown.

We stayed in a 2 Queen room and loved the extra room to spread out. The decor was fresh, and the staff was so nice! The breakfast area felt really cozy with lots of seating for groups. Just wish the pillows weren't so huge. they kinda hurt my neck!
