We had a really comfortable and warm room, with a good size bed and plenty of throws and cushions. The towels were of high quality and we appreciated the two armchairs in the room. The location of the inn was great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

Located in a lovely village, The Howard Arms Illmington is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent tea and coffee making facilities. The service is faultless, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The full English breakfast is delicious, with a choice of cereals and freshly squeezed orange juice. The bar offers a good selection of real ales, and the log fire creates a cozy atmosphere. The village itself is very pretty, adding to the charm of the stay.

The village itself was unspoiled, offering a charming Cotswold experience. The Village Room at the hotel was comfortable with great views of the village green. The amenities provided in the room, such as the cafetiere with filter coffee, hand-made biscuits, and nice toiletries, were lovely touches. The dining room was beautiful, and the cooked breakfasts were fantastic, including options like a full English or poached eggs with smoked salmon or avocado. The dinners at the hotel were also superb. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided cheerful service throughout our stay.
