I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to all the major sights in the city. I could easily walk to good restaurants and there were plenty of options in the Fort neighborhood. The service was top-notch, with a helpful and friendly staff that always went the extra mile to assist me. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus.

My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. the room service food was the best I have ever had, surpassing even the quality of a 5-star hotel. the staff was excellent, providing outstanding service and all the necessary amenities. the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and soundproof. I would like to give a special mention to Chamelee, Alifa, Gamini, and Sathsara for their warm welcome and assistance. They truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel for its ideal location, cleanliness, and the professionalism of its staff.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of parking at the hotel and the easy access to transportation, especially being close to the Colombo railway station. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right in the city center and within walking distance to many good restaurants. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of options from both Western and Asian cuisines. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in a prime area, close to many landmarks and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes. the rooms are modern, spacious, and come with a large flat-screen television with plenty of channels to choose from. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service, with staff going out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

The quality of the Wi-Fi was poor, and I found it difficult to stream videos. the coffee served at breakfast was weak and could be improved.

The hotel is new and modern, located in the heart of Colombo. Gamini Kumara at the restaurant provided excellent service. Conveniently walking distance to landmarks, restaurants, and bars. Clean and comfortable rooms, with airport transfer available.

A pleasant surprise awaited us at Zest Metropole! After a tiring journey, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive receptionist. When we couldn't find a restaurant for dinner, they graciously offered us a meal from their own kitchen. The chef went above and beyond, preparing us a delightful spread of local dishes. Even the general manager personally served us! The hotel's location near the railway station made it easy for us to explore Colombo. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. a fantastic start to our Sri Lanka trip!
