The value for money at the Inn At Charlestown was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding towns and enjoying beautiful walks along the coast. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and our furry friend.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering hot chocolate as an alternative to tea and coffee.

The Inn was situated in a quiet area with a beautiful view over the forth to the bridges. Our room was recently refurbished and looked fresh and clean. The service was attentive and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. We especially enjoyed the dog-friendly atmosphere and the treats given to our furry companion.

I recently stayed at The Inn At Charlestown for a short vacation and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious with great quality food and attentive service. The room, although on the small side, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The views from the hotel were amazing and the location was quiet yet easily accessible to other places of interest. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The hotel was also very dog-friendly, allowing our Westie to join us for meals. a great stay!

I would have appreciated having hot chocolate as an option, as not everyone in our party drinks tea or coffee. Additionally, the bathroom lock was not functioning properly, which could be a concern for some guests.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful location with stunning views. the room itself was nicely appointed and had a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the scenery. the shower had great water pressure and the bath filled up quickly, allowing us to relax and unwind.

The room was not properly cleaned, with dust on the TV fitting and dirty skirting boards. We were not informed beforehand that breakfast was only served from 8-10am, and when we requested an early takeaway breakfast, we were denied.

Easter weekend at this hotel was average at best. the location was great, with stunning views of a nearby bridge. the room was comfortable, and the TV had a good selection of channels.

There were several negative aspects of the hotel experience. the room was dusty and there was no soundproofing, leading to a disrupted night's sleep.
