I absolutely loved my recent stay at a charming lakeside inn. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the lake from my spacious room. I couldn't get enough of the peaceful ambiance it offered. The delicious food served at the restaurant was another standout, with freshly cooked meals that satisfied my taste buds. I also appreciated that the inn was dog-friendly, allowing me to enjoy meals without worrying about leaving my furry friend behind. my experience at the inn was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel situated right on the loch. The location was breathtaking, with a veranda overlooking the Loch and fantastic views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony where I could enjoy the amazing scenery. The breakfast was delicious, with generous portions of local produce. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely return in the future.

My partner and I were lucky enough to secure a room that overlooked the stunning loch. It had a lovely terrace with a glass screen that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was beautiful, and the bathroom was well-designed. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We also enjoyed watching the jet skiers on the loch and taking in the beautiful view.

One small downside was the hard chairs in the dining area. While we understood the need for washable furniture, they weren't very comfortable.

The Inn On The Loch is wonderfully located next to a beautiful loch, offering stunning views and the chance to observe swallows and other wildlife. The hotel is conveniently situated on a good road network, making it an ideal base for exploring Galloway. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with some even featuring a terrace overlooking the loch. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is of high quality.

One drawback is that the hotel occasionally hosts private functions, which can result in the closure of the restaurant and loud music that can be heard in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at The Inn On The Loch. Although we visited out of season, the staff took the time to explain all the water sports available. Our room was separate from the main dining area and had a great view. It was spacious, clean, and even allowed us to bring our dog. The free breakfast and evening meals at the restaurant were delicious, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The waiting staff were delightful, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, despite the weather. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
