The service was top-notch, from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also offered a wide range of dining options, including a restaurant and the option for in-room breakfast. The food was delicious, and the breakfast especially was exceptional, with plenty of choices to satisfy my appetite. the level of service, the stunning location, and the comfortable accommodations made this hotel an unforgettable experience.

The beds were comfortable, and the food and drink were wonderful. The facilities for both adults and children were brilliant, and the house and grounds were stunning. We also enjoyed the informative National Trust tour. a memorable experience that we would definitely recommend and visit again. 👍

The Ickworth Hotel offers a wide range of activities such as swimming, tennis, badminton, games room for kids, cinema for kids, and bicycles. The facilities are well-maintained and easily accessible. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are clean. The hotel has a beautiful setting with plenty of free parking. There is also a National Heritage house on the premises that you can visit. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay at a charming hotel located near the beautiful National Trust property Ickworth House. The location was ideal for our road trip. The hotel offered a romantic atmosphere with a conservatory for breakfast overlooking the stunning grounds. The staff provided excellent service, and the room and bathroom were clean and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food, and the adults-only Fredericks restaurant provided a peaceful dining experience.

The noise from a boiler or heating system in our room was a minor inconvenience.

The grounds of the hotel were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our romantic escape. The comfortable rooms and lovely pool added to our enjoyment. One of the best aspects of our stay was the excellent service provided by the staff, who were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The dining experience fell short of our expectations. The menu was limited and didn't change throughout our stay, leading to some disappointments with the food.

Had a wonderful Easter vacation at this family-friendly hotel with great facilities and exceptional staff. the room was spacious and comfy with excellent views. the breakfast and dinner served were beyond delicious and had a wide range of dishes to choose from. Enjoyed the amazing swimming pool and spa center to the fullest.

Although the hotel is located in a fantastic location with plenty of things to do around, the price was quite steep. some of the services were a tad below par with the bathroom not being cleaned properly.

The view of the house upon arrival was majestic. The staff, from reception to the manager Beth, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool was clean with a good water temperature. The dinner was amazing, especially the ceviche on a creamy avocado base. The breakfast was very good. The grounds were beautiful to explore and guests could visit the National Trust house for free. The rooms had a vintage feel but were modern and superb. The hotel facilities included a kids games room, mini cinema, and massage parlour.
