The thin walls allowed noise from adjacent rooms to interrupt sleep!!! The absence of an elevator made it difficult for guests with heavy baggage!!! Traffic noise can be bothersome, especially for rooms facing the road!!!

The view from our room was breathtaking, lochside and quiet! The staff were super friendly, especially the bubbly woman who served us breakfast, made it feel like home.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience.

Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views

Had a lovely two-night stay. The room offered breathtaking views, although it was a bit warm. Staff were incredibly attentive, and I enjoyed a delicious Cullen Skink for lunch. Pro tip, opt for a room away from the bar area for a quieter night.

i almost gave a good review, but the front desk staff were absolutely rude and unsympathetic. Our room above the bar was, surprise, too noisy for sleep with the music blasting until 1:30 am. Being a discerning guest, I woudl have expected a complimentary gesture for such discomfort, but alas, just regular treatment for me. Disappointing, to say the least.

We had a great time at this hotel with friends! The location is perfect for exploring the area, and we loved taking in the beautiful views of the loch. The food was good, and the staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable.
