Had a fantastic experience with my family here! ! The hot tub was the best way to unwind after a long day. just what we needed! I felt great when Aerial at check-in took the time to help me pick the right room. she really made us feel welcome and was super patient with all my questions.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

I had a solid stay at the Courtyard Cincinnati North at Union Centre. The king room I rented had a spacious walk-in shower that was impressive. I appreciated the clean, modern feel of the hotel. It was also close to convenient dining options and only a short drive from the highway, which made my travel to and from the area easy.

Breakfast wasn't included, and the parking lot lighting could be improved.

Staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. One downside was the noise from rambunctious kids running around late at night. The hotel offers bicycle rentals, making it convenient for exploring nearby areas.

this hotel was pretty neat. rooms were clean and i liked the comfy beds. it’s quiet there and i loved the little fridge in the room. the lobby had free coffee, which was a nice touch. staff seemed cool and welcoming.

but check-in took forever, and the remote for the tv barely worked. also, the bathroom vent was missing, so it got humid after a shower.

Just a suitable option for a stopover in West Chester with very good value for money. The pool and whirlpool were perfect for relaxing after a long day on the road. Make sure to enjoy the quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

The rooms were spotless and my bed was so comfy, I nearly forgot I wasn’t at home! Plus, the walk-in shower was massive—plenty of space to practice my dance moves! Perfect location off the highway, too!

also, I was given a king room instead of my booked two queens, taling to the odd front desk lady woudl ve been more intersting if she'd actually helped. expected a complimentary snack for the trouble but got nothing!
