The Jockey Club Rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was luxurious and spacious, with a comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, and the staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Room was huge and comfy with every facility. Modern and spotlessly clean bathroom. Room was initially cold on arrival but staff were good, pleasant and polite. Free parking in grounds a bonus. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

Breakfast is an absolute delight, with a varied menu and good hospitality. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is superb! It is situated right in the center of town, so you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and even the Newmarket racecourse. The hotel itself has a fantastic courtyard garden, which provides a lovely view from the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they are spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional decor. The bathroom is enormous and the staff offers professional and courteous service. Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide choice of options and attentive staff.

It is a bit disappointing that there is no wall-mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. there were some nice little extras that added to the romantic atmosphere. the location was perfect for exploring the town and we even had a lovely view of a walled garden.

The breakfast wasn't up to our standards and the staff didn't seem very attentive. We also encountered some issues with the plumbing in the bathroom, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

We recently stayed at a stunning hotel in Newmarket and were blown away by the luxurious facilities. The spacious rooms, complete with a comfortable bed and beautiful decor, made our stay truly indulgent. We were amazed by the size of the bathroom, which featured a large waterfall shower and deep bath. The hotel grounds, reminiscent of a grand estate, were a sight to behold - with French windows in our room opening up to a pristine lawn. As adventure travelers, we were thrilled to find the hotel situated right in the town center, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the local attractions. Additionally, the hotel's history showcased through photos, paintings, and memorabilia added an extra layer of charm.

We felt incredibly welcome throughout our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
