The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a pedestrian area near the metro and close to shops and restaurants. It is in a busy restaurant area, which is convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff does a great job of maintaining the rooms. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a spacious room equipped with all types of dishes and a big fridge. Transportation is easy as it is within walking distance of the marina and fish market.

The double glazed windows kept the noise out, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the bathroom was clean and modern, and the price was affordable for an apartment. the staff, especially Ms. Çiğdem Sayin at the front office, were friendly and helpful, providing us with guidance on the attractions of the city. it was a great find and we highly recommend staying at S3 King Residence.

I had an amazing stay at this residence! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center next to Carrefour and across from Starbucks. Everything I needed was within reach. the property itself was clean and new, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. the view from the residence was stunning. the staff, especially Ms. Çiğdem Sayin at the front office, were incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, providing great guidance on local attractions and even helping us out on our way to the airport. the apartment was spacious with a modern design, and I loved the small equipped kitchen and cozy living room. the big double bed offered a great night's sleep. the proximity to the sea, marina, and the restaurants and cafes on the street below was perfect. I highly recommend this residence and will definitely come back again.

Stayed in a fancy apartment with AC and terrace. Free WiFi was a major plus. Went crazy with the seating and dining areas in my unit.

Who needs parking or a pool? Not me! What a shame, no cooking oil, salt, or cleaning supplies.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Fethiye for a few days. The location was perfect, with everything just minutes away. The suite was comfortable and convenient, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, even upgrading our room for free. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and washer. Plus, it was nice and quiet despite being close to the water and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

That one of the receptionists wasn't very friendly and didn't offer much assistance. it would have been convenient if the kitchen amenities included dish soap and other cleaning supplies.

Stayed at a place, had a bed and a roof. Wow, amazing. Such luxury. Also, there was a terrace, if you're into that.

Oh, just a minor inconvenience. The woman at reception had an attitude, like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
