Warm welcome, clean spacious room with lovely view, breakfast served to room, dog-friendly, excellent local knowledge.

Nothing it was perfect.

The property is conveniently located just a short walk from the town center and there is plenty of parking available in the surrounding streets. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a delightful scent from the towels. the cooked breakfast was delicious and we appreciated being able to make our choices the night before.

We felt very welcome, spotless rooms, good breakfast, great location.

Had a fabulous couple of nights at this guest house with our little puppy. Location is great, just a short walk into town and the seafront but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Karen and David were very good hosts, providing helpful recommendations on places to go and a map of the area. The breakfast was excellent and the free parking was a bonus. We have already booked to return in September with our puppy and my parents.

The hotel's location in a residential area was perfect, providing a peaceful atmosphere yet still being close to all the attractions.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse in Llandudno. the location was perfect - just a short walk from the town center and all its amenities. It was so convenient for shopping and finding great restaurants. Secondly, the guesthouse itself was very well maintained and clean. The rooms had everything I needed, from tea and coffee facilities to a dressing table and wardrobe. The furnishings were of good quality and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Finally, the breakfast was excellent. The food was delicious and served in a separate dining room, which was a nice touch. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
