What a great Christmas experience! the food was incredible, with a range of delicious options to choose from and all cooked to perfection. the hotel itself is in a fantastic location with easy access to nearby attractions, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Plus, the luxurious bedding and comfortable rooms ensured we had a great night's sleep.

We did experience some noise from other guests during the night, which disrupted our sleep a little. the lighting in the room was quite low and made it difficult to read or work.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. the immaculate room was a great touch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the location was perfect, providing a convenient break in our journey from mid-Wales to Sussex. the staff were friendly and accommodating, meeting all of our requests and providing excellent service.

One minor downside was the struggle with the WiFi connection in the room. Another small issue was the difficulty in navigating the TV remote.

The location in the next village was perfect for our visit to the area. It was just outside the Kilcot Inn, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions.
