Lovely bar with friendly locals and good service. Appreciated being able to check in early. Enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant and had a comfortable night's sleep.

The room was on the smaller side for the price and the mattress was too soft. The bathroom sink was partially blocked and some of the courtyard tables were not cleared.

The Kings Head Hotel - Inn in Winchester is the perfect place to stay for a fun and vibrant night out with friends. Located right on top of a pub, it offers a convenient and lively atmosphere. The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds and great showers. The staff is friendly and obliging, providing excellent service at breakfast and dinner. The food is well-presented and tasty, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. the pub has a decent atmosphere, creating a pleasant environment to relax and enjoy a drink with friends.

One thing to note is that access to the rooms upstairs may be challenging for those with mobility problems.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well equipped. the bed was comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was clean and modern. I loved the fully stocked coffee/refreshments area in the room. the dinner I had at the hotel was great, and the serving staff were excellent. the location was easy to find with plenty of parking, and the pub was quiet at night. Highly recommended for visitors or workers in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a charming village was simply stunning, with idyllic surroundings that felt like something out of a fairy tale. The hotel itself was top-notch, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave me great recommendations for things to see and do. The room I stayed in was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a new bathroom that was sparkling clean. I especially loved the sitting room attached to the room, complete with a TV for relaxation. The hotel also provided a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. the level of service and attention to detail at this place exceeded my expectations.

My wife left her coat behind in the closet and the hotel staff went above and beyond to find it and mail it to us. The customer service was exceptional and we greatly appreciate their efforts. The restaurant meal was delicious, especially the cheddar cheese souffle. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. They even provided fresh milk for tea and promptly fixed a minor issue in the room. The breakfast selection was great and the parking was ample and convenient. a fantastic stay and I would return without hesitation.

The bathroom was not in the best condition, with grouting needing to be redone and the toilet requiring a thorough clean. the shower took an incredibly long time to stop dripping after turning it off.

At this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were greeted with warm and friendly staff upon arrival. The recent refurbishment of the rooms, particularly the King Edward VI suite, was excellent. The hotel is situated in an exceptional location, making it ideal for our business trip as it was within a 10-minute walk from our meeting at IBM Hursley. We loved that this place maintained many of its original features, giving it a unique charm. The service from the housekeeping staff was top-notch, and we were even welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we brought our furry friend along. The hotel staff were brilliant and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
