The food was outstanding, especially the poached pear and blue cheese starter. The beds were excellent, and the staff, including the hardworking cleaning staff, were lovely and attentive. The pub had immaculate public toilets and a friendly atmosphere. We would gladly return.

the quaint pub just outside norwich exceeded my expectations during this stay. the room was clean, comfy, and well-decorated. the shower was excellent and the breakfast superb. the friendly hosts and cozy atmosphere in the bar area made it feel like home. overall, a high standard experience that i highly recommend.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a charming location, nestled in a quiet area with easy access to shopping centers and main roads. The rooms were tastefully decorated and furnished, albeit on the smaller side. The staff were genuinely pleasant and the attached pub/restaurant served delicious food, including a fantastic breakfast. The hotel had a good mix of retaining its original character while offering modern comforts, such as a well-equipped bathroom and comfortable beds.

The checkout process left a sour taste in my mouth. There was a mix-up in payment, resulting in my room being charged twice.

We had a delightful stay at Kings Head. Tara, the staff member who welcomed us, was incredibly friendly and showed us to our beautifully decorated bedroom overlooking the courtyard. the room itself was spacious and self-contained, with its own front door. the evening meal at the on-site restaurant was excellent, offering a wide range of locally sourced products. Breakfast was equally delicious, with plenty of choices including a cooked-to-order English breakfast. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely choose to stay at Kings Head Bawburgh.
