Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Warm welcome from the staff. Convenient location near the O2 academy and a lovely Italian restaurant. Breakfast had a good variety and catered to dietary needs.

stayed in many hotels in bournemouth, but this was by far the best! sue, the owner, was fantastic. made me feel welcome and gave me a cozy, clean room with everything i needed. comfy bed, fresh breakfast, couldn't fault my stay. will definitely be back.

Entrance carpet needs updating and modernizing.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the Shelly Theatre and other areas of Boscombe. We had off-street parking, which was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was small but functional. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our gluten-free and vegan breakfast requirements were met. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient stay for our trip.

The shower in the room had a sloping roof, making it difficult to stand upright.

I recently had an amazing stay at a wonderful little hotel in a coastal town. From the moment I arrived at this well-kept establishment, I was greeted warmly and made to feel special. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I had a fantastic night's sleep, thanks to the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. In the morning, I was treated to a sumptuous buffet breakfast, followed by a delicious cooked English breakfast. the variety of fresh fruits and the perfectly cooked veggie sausage were a delightful surprise. Considering the price, this accommodation was an incredible value, even cheaper than the most basic bed and breakfast establishments.
