The hotel's location is one of its best features, situated in a quiet square yet just a short walk to the city centre. Additionally, being across from the refurbished Hull New Theatre adds to its appeal.

I had a welcoming and very comfortable stay at the KTH in Hull. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me by allowing me to securely store my bags before check-in. My suite in the adjoining building was impressive, with a spacious living area, a luxurious king-sized bed, and a large flat-screen HD TV. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control, and fresh towels were provided daily. The room also had convenient amenities like an iron, ironing board, fridge, dressing gowns, and slippers. The breakfast options were varied, with a delicious cooked English breakfast available. The hotel bar had a great selection of draft beers, and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and right next to the theatre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book again without hesitation.

The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide choice of options. the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience for my business trip.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room was a little too warm and I couldn't open a window for some fresh air. However, the radiator was able to be turned off, helping to regulate the temperature.
