The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved the healthy smoothie and the mouthwatering blueberry pancakes. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the old town. It was surrounded by charming places to eat and explore, and there were plenty of independent shops to find unique gifts.

The TV in my room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing. However, the WiFi was reliable, so I was able to watch shows on my iPad instead.

We had a fantastic weekend at Laindons! The room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary elderflower water and snacks on arrival were a lovely touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and pubs nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in a central location.

The guest house is tastefully decorated, with a chic and well-appointed room that had every comfort thought of. I loved the small, well-stocked fridge with optional drinks and snacks, and the good quality toiletries provided. the bed was extremely comfortable, with excellent linen. the breakfasts served in the delightful conservatory were an excellent choice. the common lounge area was comfortable and had a great selection of light reading. it was an absolute jewel and I want to thank Karen, our host.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, with easy access to just about everything in Hastings. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with luxurious bed linen and lovely clean bathrooms. The service provided by the hosts, Karen and Malcolm, is exceptional and they go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.

The TV reception was very poor, which slightly detracted from an otherwise excellent stay.

I got great value for my money at Laindons Bed & Breakfast. The room was bright, comfy and had amazing toiletries and treats. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars but away from any tackiness. The staff treated me like royalty, providing a warm welcome and a tour of the facilities.

Located just a short walk from the beach and in the heart of the Old Town area, the hotel's location was perfect. the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the attention to detail and personal touches offered by the hosts. the location was ideal for exploring the charming historical area, and the delicious breakfast provided a great start to my day.

The water pressure in the shower was an issue and made for a less than ideal shower experience. while the common area was cozy and inviting, there were limited options for evening entertainment.

We loved the homey vibe of the property with its beautiful period features and comfy twin beds. The room was spacious, and the sheets were crisp and inviting. The selection of pillows was a nice touch. The toiletries and goodies in the room were amazing. The breakfast, served in two courses, was absolutely delicious. After a long day of adventure, the lounge with its comfy sofas was the perfect place to relax. The hosts were excellent, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

From the moment We stepped foot inside this hotel, We knew We were in for a luxurious treat. the room was adorned with exclusive amenities and the service was unparalleled. the Bar/ Lounge area was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the town, with a snack bar providing sustenance at all hours. We were even able to indulge in a packed lunch from the hotel, which was much appreciated. the private facilities were immaculate and truly made Us feel pampered. the location was perfect, close enough to the action but tucked away in a serene setting.

If We had to nitpick, the TV in the Leisure room was a bit glitchy and caused Us to miss part of our show. this minor issue was quickly forgotten when We were able to take advantage of the Aqua park, which made up for any inconvenience tenfold.

I had an exceptional stay at Laindons Bed & Breakfast. From the warm welcome by Malcolm to the beautiful blue room, everything exceeded my expectations. the room was immaculate and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities like earplugs for the seagull noise. the owners, Karen and Malcolm, took excellent care of me when I was feeling unwell. the breakfast, especially the delicious blueberry pancakes, was a real treat. I highly recommend Laindons Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting.
