I recently stayed at The Lake Country House Hotel & Spa for a weekend getaway. The grounds are absolutely stunning, providing a relaxing atmosphere in the beautiful countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even welcoming our two labradors with open arms. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, setting up a table in the Oak room so we could dine with our furry friends. The service was exceptional, with little touches like offering my husband a coffee as he walked past with the dogs. The pool was great and I enjoyed a refreshing swim. The cheese board was a highlight of our evening meal, with a great selection that pleased both my husband and me. the experience was fantastic and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, going above and beyond to help us when we had car trouble on our way there. They kept in touch and even sent someone to find us. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great spa and comfortable rooms. The location was beautiful, with lovely grounds and lakes to explore. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

We had a lovely two night break at this hotel in a warm and beautiful part of Mid Wales. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. The clean and well-maintained spa and pool offered a chance to relax and unwind. The surrounding grounds were stunning and we were able to enjoy a drive to the nearby Elan Valley to see the lakes. it was a thoroughly relaxing experience and we hope to return later in the year.

The TV remote control had some issues with the channel switching and the bathroom water pressure could use some improvement.

The Irfon suite was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The rain shower in the bathroom was worth the wait for hot water, and the fragrant bathroom products were so lovely that we bought some to take home from the Spa. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious food and comfortable seating. The Spa was a highlight, offering a lovely swim and massage. this hotel provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it one of the best we've ever stayed in.
