Amazing value for money with a spacious, clean room. Great location near the beach and lovely staff.

Morning meal should be available before 8 am.

The play area outside kept them entertained for hours, and the spacious room allowed for a comfortable family stay. the lovely decking area overlooking the lake was a relaxing spot for us to unwind after a day of exploring.

My wife says that adding more child-friendly meal options would have been helpful for families with picky eaters.

The room was lovely, spacious, and clean with a nice view of the lake. Great location near Another Place and the beach, ideal for morning runs. the staff were friendly, and breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. there were minor issues like a leaky sink and uncomfortable pillows. the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and nearby landmarks like Christ Church Old Church and Antony Gormley's Another Place added to the family bonding experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lake House. the traditional English breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of alternative options on the menu. the restaurant area had fantastic views of the lake and was light and spacious.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel by the beach. the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the lake from the lovely decking area. the breakfast and main meals were delicious, and there were plenty of good choices available. the hotel also had a kids play area outside, which was a nice touch. There were a couple of things that could be improved. the view from our room was not great, looking onto a scruffy rooftop ventilation system.

Just returned from a weekend at the lovely Lake House. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the sun on the hotel's decking area. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, all within our budget. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different preferences. Guests can also enjoy sitting outside in the sun trap area.

The vegetarian choices in the restaurant were quite limited.
