During our stay at Jumeirah Gulf, the Italian restaurant exceeded our expectations with its amazing food. The flavors were exquisite and truly made our dining experience memorable. The attention to detail in the dishes was evident, and we couldn't help but appreciate the culinary expertise of the chefs. The overall quality of the food was exceptional and definitely worth mentioning.

We did notice a minor drawback in terms of cleanliness. The housekeeping staff seemed to have missed a few areas in our suite, such as leaving a cleaning towel on the desk and not properly arranging the pillows in the living room.

The service at the resort fell short of expectations. the staff lacked communication skills and struggled to understand English, making it difficult to receive assistance when needed.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat to unwind and rejuvenate. the beautiful swimming pools and stunning beach access invite relaxation. the Spa & wellness centre offers a range of exclusive amenities such as massages, beauty treatments and more. the service is top-notch, attentive and prompt. the treatment rooms are equipped with steam room, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi, inviting a perfect unwind. the restaurant offers delicious food, with plenty of vegetarian and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area serves innovative cocktails.

This hotel is quite far from the bustling central city. the only downside we encountered was that the location was a bit far from other areas.

Great room, beautiful view. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Pool and beach are clean. Helpful and kind staff. Modern amenities and plenty of seating by the pool.
