Amazing room with modern amenities and comfortable beds. the location was great, with easy access to bus transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff at the pub next door were very gracious and helpful, especially in assisting my friend in a wheelchair. the free snacks and drinks in the snack room were a nice bonus.

There was no wheelchair accessibility at the entrance of the hotel, which was a major inconvenience for my friend. Additionally, the glasses and tray in the tea area were not cleaned properly upon arrival, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

My recent stay at the Lane was exceptional. The room was immaculate, stylish, and spacious, with a huge and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, allowing me to experience Edinburgh beyond the tourist areas. The pub next door added a quirky touch to the check-in process. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay in Edinburgh.

Everything was first class - clean, modern, well-equipped, spacious en-suite bathroom, big TV, small terrace.

This place is in a great location, easy to walk around or catch buses to the city center. I loved the pub around the corner, it had a fantastic atmosphere. During our city break, we found two unexpected complimentary facts in the hotel: a snack room with a real coffee machine, which really saved us some money on breakfast, and a cozy room that was well-maintained and had a very comfy bed. the hotel's key location gave us easy access to bus routes, shops, and restaurants – everything was within walking distance from our hotel. One more advantage was a modern and clean bathroom.

The only downside of our experience was parking, which we knew in advance is an issue in the area. However, we found out it was not only the hotel, but all properties in the area that have bad parking.
