The breakfast was memorable but a bit incomplete.

Had a pretty solid time here. Room was clean and decorated nice with even a mini fridge , which was a welcome surprise. Plus, they stocked it with diddly squat crisps and wine. Nothing better than kicking back with a drink after a long day. The location is ideal , very walkable to the village and they allowed us to park the car beyond check in , which made things so easy.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but for what we got I think it was acceptable given the experience.

There’s no lift, making upper floors tough to access with luggage!!! Thin walls can be bothersome, as noise easily travels from neighboring rooms!!! The Wi-Fi is hit or miss, which can really disrupt your stay, especially for those who need reliable connectivity!!!

main attractions of Bourton-on-the-Water, making it easy to explore. The hosts, Anthony and Cheryle, truly made us feel welcome, with great attention to detail and a lovely breakfast that featured a variety of options to suit all tastes.

Chur, the brekkie was choice as with heaps of options, but the shower being in the bath was a bit of a hassle for me. Still, the location was sweet as!

The breakfast was brilliant—definitely the best we had during our trip, giving us the energy to explore Bourton! Plus, it was such a lovely touch to have towels made into swans for our anniversary celebration.

The property is well maintained, but being an old building, we heard some running water from the rooms above us when they used the bathroom. Our view wasn't ideal either, facing a backyard shed, but the overall charm of the guesthouse made up for it!

The stay was pleasant, with a beautiful, well-furnished room that offered all the comforts of home. Communication from the hosts was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Bourton-on-the-Water. However, encountering issues with bathroom plumbing did detract from the overall experience.

The cleanliness, the warm hospitality, the onsite parking, the convenient location – all just delightful!

Nice little spot, heaps clean with a friendly vibe. Just wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable, and it could be noisy at times. Breakfast was a real highlight!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and included a coffee machine that was perfect for that morning boost. The staff warmly accommodated our late check-in and were always ready to assist. I highly recommend trying the full English breakfast. it was delightful!
