Great location within walking distance of all the attractions in the city center. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and assisting with transportation information. the hotel also arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, even though our flight was delayed. a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the city.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and not suitable for international travelers. Additionally, the noise from the street could be a bit disruptive, especially at night.

The room service was excellent, providing dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry service. The paid shuttle service was also very efficient. The amenities in the room, like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee maker, and mini-bar were very convenient. We also appreciated the terrace and the in-room safe. The dining at the restaurant was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We found the 24-hour security to be reassuring.
