The balcony view was lovely, perfect for watching the sunrise. The room was spotless and had a mini fridge with bottled milk. The shower had excellent water pressure and felt like a massage. The breakfast was exceptional and the bed was very comfy. The customer service was brilliant, we felt very welcome and catered to by the staff.

The best aspects of my Easter break were the stunning views from the balcony and the comfortable bed. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was nice to have a dressing table and plug sockets near the bed as well.

The worst aspects of my stay were that breakfast was not included in the room and there was no wifi available. the toilet being separate from the shower room and sink was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at The Laurels Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the milk was fresh. The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of our ground floor room was convenient, and the carparking facilities at the back of the hotel made parking hassle-free. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend The Laurels Hotel to anyone. The owners were very accommodating, even allowing us to upgrade to a ground floor room due to my wife's disability. The room we had was spacious, with a separate bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a sitting area with a tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered a great selection of cereals, fruits, and cooked items. We would definitely return to The Laurels Hotel in the future.
