The location was excellent, being very close to the main center of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions down the adjacent footpath. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the train station, allowing us to explore the city without having to rely on transportation.

The service was excellent with staff always on shift and available to help in any way. The room amenities were top-notch with everything you could need from air conditioning to a patio with garden furniture. We also appreciated the free toiletries and flat-screen TV.

All was good.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our Xmas stay. They gave us complimentary drinks on arrival and offered us extra blankets for our cozy room. the hotel was located in a great spot, with shops and local attractions within walking distance. the best part was being able to enjoy the Xmas market just a stone's throw away.

The room itself was a bit of a letdown. the heating didn't work properly, so we were freezing cold all night, and the shower pressure was very low.
