I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the location was absolutely fantastic. Situated in a great street, it was in close proximity to all the main tourist attractions, as well as being in the old business district. This allowed me to easily explore the city and experience everything it had to offer.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The service, location, and amenities were all of great quality and truly enhanced my overall experience.

Great hotel for a city trip! The rooms were excellent, spacious, clean, and quiet. The large bathroom with an excellent shower was a plus. The location was very good, close to key attractions like the three graces and Pier Head, making it easy to explore the city. The outside seating area was a lovely spot for drinks, and the inside bar area was cozy and inviting.

The lighting in the room. It could be improved, especially with a light over the mirror for when drying hair.

The room at Indigo was spacious and clean, with a fabulous shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. The complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also convenient. I found my stay at Indigo to be enjoyable.

Conveniently located with good decor, comfortable beds, and a friendly bar waiter. Reception is manned by security and nearby parking at reduced prices is available. Free bottle of wine in the room each day was a nice touch. Breakfast provided plenty of choice and the room and bathroom were clean.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and it left me with a smile on my face. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the waterfront museums and landmarks as well as the city centre and Liverpool One for shopping and dining. The hotel also had an entertaining musical group playing, creating a great atmosphere for everyone.

There was only one minor issue during my stay. The hotel measured out the drinks at the bar, so I only received half a glass.

As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and welcoming hotel staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff, especially Julie, made our mornings with their bubbly personality and good humor. The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront area, with many tourist sights within walking distance. The hotel provided a fitness center and there were great restaurants nearby. we had a fantastic stay and would go back without hesitation.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the business area. It's surrounded by all the main tourist attractions and within walking distance of the Liver Buildings and Albert Docks. The interior of this place is absolutely fabulous, with a stylish lounge area and friendly staff who are always happy to help. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a fantastic shower and high quality linen. The staff went above and beyond, even lending me a charger for my headphones when I forgot mine. I had a wonderful experience here.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the waterfront, train station, and the main area of town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and nice complimentary items in the mini bar. The bathroom is big and the shower is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The breakfasts are massive and of high quality, filling you up for the day.

The cleaning service needs improvement, as there were instances where the room wasn't cleaned properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure to replenish supplies daily. The wifi connection was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant and front desk were extremely kind and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Dock, town centre, and nightlife. I was able to walk to most popular tourist hotspots and all the sights I wanted to visit. The breakfast provided a good selection of options, and the staff overall were attentive and friendly.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and ensured that my stay was comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to various coffee shops, stores and restaurants. The room was spotless, spacious and had all the necessary amenities like an electric kettle, mini-bar, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. I also enjoyed using the leisure facilities such as the fitness studio and sun terrace which provided amazing views. The restaurant had great food, and the staff in hospitality were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and the riverfront, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with fabulous showers. The breakfast has a great selection and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms may be on the smaller side, and there have been a few issues with worn-out furnishings and maintenance problems.

We appreciated the inclusion of free soft drinks, daily newspapers, and a Kit Kat treat in our room. the hotel was in a great location for all our activities. The shower was fantastic.

The breakfast experience left a lot to be desired. some of the room amenities such as the bedside light and wardrobe light were not functioning properly and the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking.
