The Lime Tree Inn in a convenient location near Boroughbridge. the newly renovated hotel has a warm atmosphere and tasteful decor in the bar and dining areas. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with quality fixtures and fittings. the bedding, towels, and waffle robes provided a luxurious touch. the amenities in the room, such as the large flat-screened TV, coffee machine, and homemade biscuits, were delightful. Despite being one of the smaller rooms, it still had a spacious bed and ample room. the shower room had high-quality fittings, and the staff were friendly and efficient. the evening meal and breakfast were both excellent.

I recently stayed at a charming inn located in a quaint village. The Lime Tree Inn was conveniently located near a place we were visiting the following day. The room I stayed in, Cedar room, was fully equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional and luxurious. The staff provided exceptional service, organizing everything for us. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade bread and a first-class coffee. The inn had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the owners ensured a contactless and spotlessly clean environment.

The hotel had some additional charges that detracted from the overall quality of the experience.

The hotel was very clean with a great atmosphere. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant offered delicious food and interesting wine list. We enjoyed the homely touch of having a coffee machine and a selection of teas in the room, as well as fresh milk delivered every morning. We also loved the beer garden and the ample parking complete with an EV charging point. a great stay for a city trip!

That we had to pay extra for a second cup of coffee or tea at breakfast and only one slice of toast was included with a full breakfast. However, this didn't detract from the hotel's offerings and atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at Lime Tree Inn! The interior design is classy and the hotel is immaculate. The room I stayed in, Lime, was spacious and had a double sink, bath, and a huge shower. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the steak dinner was top-notch. The personal touches like fresh milk and homemade cookies upon arrival made me feel special. The availability of alternative milk options like almond milk was much appreciated. The hotel had a buzzing restaurant and bar in the evening, which is always a good sign. The hot plates for breakfast ensured that the food was served piping hot. The homemade marmalade and toast were simply out of this world. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be coming back when I visit the area again. Well done to the team at Lime Tree Inn!

A hidden gem of a getaway, the Lime Tree Inn is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is outstanding, with locally sourced meats and homegrown vegetables. Breakfast is a delight, with plenty of homemade produce. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and the wine menu offers something for every taste.

Located in a picturesque area with a field opposite, The Lime Tree Inn offers a sanctuary for families. The beautifully styled establishment provides comfortable rooms, complete with quality bedding and towels. The friendly staff goes above and beyond, even leaving fresh milk outside your door each morning. The homemade cookies in the room are a delightful touch. The breakfast is exceptional, with homemade bread, marmalade, and butter. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a large flat-screen TV and a coffee machine in their rooms.

A fabulous find. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay a resounding success. The Sunday lunch was tasty with a great selection of dishes. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with a queen-sized bed, TV, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom had both a bath and separate shower, along with lovely smelling toiletries. The location was spectacular, and the staff even made us a delicious bacon sandwich for an early breakfast. Can't recommend this place more.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The parking area was spacious and easily accessible. The location was convenient for visiting Newby Hall on Saturday evening, as well as the place I was planning to visit the next day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Couldn't fault anything about my stay.

We had breakfast outside in a very quiet, private courtyard which reminded us of our recent holiday abroad where we ate all our meals outside. The breakfast was very good value for money and definitely plentiful. The whole experience was amazing. The room we got was huge. It had a massive bathroom with a walk-in shower the size of some toilets, facing an incredible bathtub where you could easily wash a small horse. A basin for two and a great mirror. The toilet was a seperate room with its own basin and the rest was impeccable. The cleanliness we were presented with had no match and after an incredible three-course dinner downstairs at the restaurant, being served by the friendliest staff, we went back up to enjoy a coffee made with our room's own Nespresso machine watching Netflix while we fell asleep in this enormous bed. Breakfast was something else as well. Buffet? No. A la carte, were we got to try their own bread, they own butter, their own jam. Yes, they even make their own ice cream!. We are definitely coming back.

Everything is what i need and want 🙌

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its classy interior design, immaculate upkeep and exclusive amenities. the room I stayed in was spacious and had a large bathtub and a shower. the breakfast spread was varied and the steak I had for dinner was top class. the staff were friendly and constantly attentive, with personal touches such as homemade cookies waiting in my room to welcome me.

The only minor issue I had was the fact that the door-closing devises on the internal doors were not set properly, which caused the doors to bang each time someone went through them. This made it difficult to get a restful sleep or generally relax.
