Despite the initial encounter with a less-than-friendly front desk attendant, my stay at the Mercure in Pakenham was saved by the fantastic room amenities and delightful breakfast service. While there were some hiccups with breakfast options and internet connectivity, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the accommodating staff and comfortable accommodations.

The staff are INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and humorous, ensuring a delightful stay. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and tranquil, offering a rejuvenating retreat. Delicious breakfast with good coffee, reasonably priced, and spacious, well-equipped rooms radiate a modern charm.

Recently stayed at Mercure for two nights on a business trip. the room was spacious and well, equipped with a comfortable bed and excellent lighting. the bathroom had useful grab bars and a fold, down seat in the shower, perfect for those with mobility issues. the friendly staff ensured a smooth check, in process, and the hotel's location near local amenities was convenient. Full, length mirror in the room was a nice touch for getting ready in the mornings.
