Great location for exploring the city. Close to transport links and key tourist attractions. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was decent and had a few options to choose from.

The exterior of the building looks dated and uninviting. The staff were not welcoming or friendly, lacked customer service skills. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable. There was also no air conditioning, which made the room very stuffy and uncomfortable. not a great city break experience.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. Despite being a bit out of the way for getting into Liverpool, the stunning views of the city are worth it. The staff here are just amazing - so friendly, polite, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast here is a real treat, with freshly cooked options made to order.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for the quality of the rooms and service. Secondly, the location was perfect for exploring Liverpool and the surrounding area. The hotel had easy access to transport links, making it convenient to get around. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and provided excellent service throughout. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

the Liver View was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. the breakfast was delicious and filling, with plenty of choices. A bonus was learning about the 'metro card' which allowed free travel on the boat, bus, and train for 24 hours. the hotel had secure parking and the staff, especially the owners, were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.

What a gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the ferry terminal for a day trip to Liverpool or a quick drive to New Brighton for some beach fun. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had been recently updated. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfasts included in our stay - the bacon was absolutely divine! We couldn't have asked for a better value for money.

Just one small hiccup - the breakfast service was a bit slow. Although everything else about this hotel was fantastic, breakfast did take a while to arrive at our table.

The breakfast was top-notch, with a 5-star rating. The view from the upstairs rooms overlooking the Mersey and Liverpool side was brilliant.
