The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, close to all main attractions and just a step away from the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spotless and well-equipped with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, and useful amenities such as a fan. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and diners, making it easy to find food options.

The hotel does not have a restaurant on-site, so guests need to go out for breakfast.

I had a lovely welcome at the Inn and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great advice on car parking options, which saved me a lot of hassle. the room was spacious and comfortable, with 2 single beds joined to make a double. the en-suite was small but functional, and I especially liked the moveable shower head. the room had all the amenities I needed, including a fan, iron, and hairdryer. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and plenty of dining options.

The room was clean and bigger than expected, and the receptionist was super helpful and friendly.

The carpark only allowed payments from 7am to 8pm, and getting up early to put a ticket on was inconvenient. the location of the hotel was not accurately depicted on the website, as it was situated between a betting shop and a newsagent, which was quite surprising when we arrived.

The breakfast experience could be improved by providing hand-wash and shower gel in the rooms.

We absolutely loved the Beatles-inspired design of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was perfect for us as we are fans of karaoke and casinos, with both being within walking distance.

The Inn's central location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. Our room was basic but clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Despite a small issue with noise from the courtyard, we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and warm atmosphere.

The Liverpool Inn Hotel was worth every penny. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the manager who went out of his way to assist us.
