The location could not have been better for us. We loved that we could go downstairs to the pub - it was a nice ambiance and the food was amazing - we had 2 great lunches there. It was also the perfect spot to explore downtown. Parking was easy. Rooms were super comfortable. We loved having the bathrobes. The breakfast room set-up was perfect for our needs. I would definitely choose this location again!

The room I stayed in at St. James' Gate, Boutique was incredibly spacious and clean. The modern furnishings and attention to detail made for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Despite the lack of elevator, the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy ambiance and excellent room quality.

The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the parquet floor, adding an extra touch of luxury. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great spots to relax and enjoy some delicious food and drinks. The staff here really went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay.

This hotel is perfectly located right near all the pubs and restaurants, making it convenient for grabbing a drink or a bite to eat. The rooms are spacious and modern, with great bathrooms that have fantastic showers. The hotel provides a small continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, muffins, and fruit, and there is coffee available all day. The plasma TV in the rooms is a nice touch, with plenty of channels to choose from, including on-demand options.

The noise from the bar area can be a bit disruptive at night, particularly if you're staying on a night when there is live music playing.

We loved the unique suite with a bath in the living room and a special shower in the bathroom that offered a spa-like experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the first floor served excellent food. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of options available to us.
