We had a delightful time at the Loopy Shrew! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of a vibrant area with plenty of shops and things to do. The bar downstairs had a lively atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a drink. The breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious, and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were amazing, with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. We appreciated the little details like a wide selection of teas and coffee, as well as tasty biscuits. our experience was exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

While the room was generally comfortable, we did find it a bit challenging to heat even with the radiator and plug-in heater on max. Additionally, the bathroom had a slight strange smell, but it wasn't significant enough to be a major complaint.

loopy shrew was a fantastic stay in shrewsbury. the food was excellent and the breakfast outstanding. the staff were lovely and the facilities in the rooms were good. the comfy beds ensured a relaxing sleep. overall, a wonderful experience!

Great staff, working hard to keep everything clean. Service was brilliant and would definitely recommend staying here. Delicious food, make sure to book a table. Comfy bed with lovely soft furnishings. Nice touches like homemade biscuits and complimentary tea and coffee. Good breakfast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Excellent friendly staff, bar had a wide selection of quality wines and cocktails. Perfect central location, easily accessible to amenities. Quick and easy check-in process. Lovely decor, minor improvements needed. Will be coming back and recommending to others.

Great location! Loved the fact that there were so many restaurants and bars nearby. , the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated, which made for a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the bathroom was clean and of a good size.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise! The walls were paper thin, and the bar downstairs was so loud until the early hours that it felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a concert.
