The Lyn Valley Guest House exceeded all expectations with its fabulous room, clean and spacious bathroom, and great location on the river, offering soothing sounds of both the river and the ocean. The extra touches, like the decanter of sherry and chocolates on the pillow, made the stay even more special. The Cliff Railway and Valley of Rocks are must-see attractions nearby. The warm welcome, prompt response, and comfortable beds added to the overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Don't have any issues at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the room was well-appointed and had everything we needed. the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the ocean and cliffs. the location was perfect for exploring the area and there was convenient parking available.

The timings for the evening meal were a bit early for us, with the last time being 6.45pm. the bedroom could have been a bit cleaner, as we noticed some dirty cupboards around the sink.

The guest house had stunning views and a warm welcome from Laura. The rooms were clean and spacious with delicious breakfast. Jeanne was a great conversationalist. The additional amenities like the residents lounge and the availability of umbrellas and tennis racquets were a nice touch. great value for money and highly recommended.

They even came to our rescue when we had a flat tire on our way to the hotel. the breakfast was also superb, with a wide variety of options and delicious homemade scones and ice cream to try. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the river and sea, and within walking distance of all the local attractions.
