The motel was centrally located with easy access in and out. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to eat. The continental breakfast had a good selection and the motel was clean and well-maintained. It was a comfortable stay with great amenities such as extra pillows and blankets, a working thermostat, and good WiFi. The motel was close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and a local coffee shop. it was a great value for the price, and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The woman who owns/manages the hotel is on top of things at Cougar Land Motel. She is a great source of information about the area and a pleasure to talk with. the hotel's close proximity to major routes makes it easy to find, and there are several good restaurants and sports pubs within a short walking distance. WSU is just a few minutes' drive away or a quick, easy walk. the room was comfortable and the beds were nice. While the breakfast was a bit skimpy, overall, it was a good value for the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our 3-day stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything and easy to walk to downtown. We enjoyed being able to explore the city without needing transportation. On top of that, the hotel facilities were great, with a microwave and fridge in the room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Despite being an older motel, we weren't bothered by any of the quirks that came with it. we had a remarkable experience at a great price and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
